This itinerary is subject to spontaneous changes due to the jungle and nature.
Day 1
- Transfer from the hotel or airport to the office to try on rubber boots. For those not staying at the hotel, you can safely leave your luggage at the office.
- Departure to the lodge before 10 a.m. by land and river, taking approximately 3 hours.
- Warm welcome at the lodge upon arrival and check-in.
- Start the tour near the lodge and observe the smallest monkey in the world, the Pygmy Marmoset. This will be your first experience in the jungle. Then we will walk through our botanical garden, explore medicinal plants, and learn about their composition.
- Dinner time, followed by a night boat excursion to see caimans, nocturnal birds, and mammals.
Day 2
- After breakfast, an excursion to swim in the Amazon River and spot pink and gray dolphins.
- Observe the world's largest aquatic plant, the Victoria Regia, and iguanas.
- Lunch break, followed by piranha fishing and watching the sunset at Sapote Lagoon.
- Dinner, then a night walk to search for tarantulas and large nocturnal frogs.
Day 3
- Breakfast, followed by a boat excursion to lagoons or upstream creeks to search for different bird and monkey species.
- Visit the San Juan de Yanayacu village (here you can donate clothes, school supplies, medicine).
- Rest time in hammocks, puffs, or swimming in the Yanayacu River using kayaks.
- Return to the airport or hotel at 1 p.m., arriving back at the office around 4 p.m. to collect your belongings.
